Cash Franklin posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Tuesday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he struck out four batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits (and only one walk). He also tossed a walk, which is notable because Kennett is 2-1 when he allows at most one walk, but 8-12 otherwise.
