Basketball Recap: William Penn Comes Up Short

William Penn was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were dealt a 64-25 defeat at the hands of the Howard Wildcats. The Colonials lost against the Wildcats in their previous head to head back in December of 2023, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 58-41 score last time.

William Penn's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Howard, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Glasgow the next time they take the court. William Penn will head out to face Glasgow at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Howard will head out to face them at 3:30 p.m. on January 2, 2025.
