Irvine dropped down to 7-7 on Saturday, ending the team's three-game streak of wins. They lost 13-2 to the San Dimas Saints. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Vaqueros have suffered since February 28th.
Irvine saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jack Dressendorfer, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one run. Cohto Toya also deserves some recognition as he got his first hit of the season.

Coming up, Irvine will face off against St. Paul at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. As for San Dimas, they will challenge Calvary Chapel at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Eagles' pitching crew has only allowed 3.9 runs per game this season, so the Saints' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
