Basketball Recap: Sharp Academy Takes a Loss

Sharp Academy lost against Amarillo HomeSchool F back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Sharp Academy Sabers lost 55-29 to the Amarillo HomeSchool F Flames. The defeat leaves the Sabers without a win on the season.

When it comes to explaining why Sharp Academy lost, don't look at Timothy Rodriguez. Despite the final result, he dropped a triple-double on 13 points, 24 boards, and 11 steals. Rodriguez is crushing it when it comes to rebounds: he's pulled down at least 18 every time he's taken the court this season. Michael Boyles was another key player, putting up 11 points in addition to six boards and three steals.

Sharp Academy's record now sits at 0-6. As for Amarillo HomeSchool F, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-9.
