Softball Recap: Gibraltar Takes a Loss

Kewaunee hit Gibraltar with a 13-run second inning on Friday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Vikings came up short against the Storm, falling 15-1. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Vikings couldn't push the score so high this time.

Gibraltar's defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Kewaunee, they now have a winning record of 7-6.

Coming up, Gibraltar will head out to challenge Oconto at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Kewaunee, they have already played their next game, a 14-1 loss against Seymour on the 10th.
