Volleyball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for New Berlin West

New Berlin West had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Waukesha South Blackshirts as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Vikings also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2022.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-10, 25-16.

Willow Kumprey paced New Berlin West's offense, picking up 17 kills. Kumprey got some help from Haidyn Klemstein and her 13 assists. Jaydon Golsteyn controlled things from the service line, finishing with seven aces.

New Berlin West's win bumped their record up to 13-8. As for Waukesha South, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-19 record this season.

New Berlin West wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against Brookfield East on the 4th. As for Waukesha South, they have also already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Pewaukee on the 7th.
