Soccer Recap: Field Kindley Takes a Loss

Field Kindley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Independence Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Independence this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Field Kindley's loss dropped their record down to 6-8-1. As for Independence, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-2.

Field Kindley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Independence, they will take on Pittsburg at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Independence's defense better be ready for this one: Pittsburg have averaged an impressive 3.6 goals per game this season.
