Brookings and Pierre T.F. Riggs are an even 5-5 against one another since September of 2016, but not for long. The Bobcats will head out on the road to take on the Governors at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

While Pierre T.F. Riggs was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Aberdeen Central's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-10, 25-15.

Pierre T.F. Riggs' defeat dropped their record down to 3-15. As for Brookings, their loss dropped their record down to 9-20.

Brookings took their win against Pierre T.F. Riggs when the teams last played back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bobcats since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
