Newman Central Catholic had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 19 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They enjoyed a cozy 65-51 win over the Hall Red Devils. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 71-49 back in January.

Newman Central Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 17-14. As for Hall, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-16.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Newman Central Catholic will host Milledgeville at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Hall, they will challenge Sandwich at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
