Kirtland's game on Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 17-3 margin over the Beachwood Bison. Considering the Hornets have won four contests by more than nine runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Another player making a difference was Adison Fleming, who went 1-for-4 with three stolen bases and three runs.
Kirtland was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .394. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Beachwood only posted a batting average of .238.
Kirtland's victory bumped their record up to 4-7. As for Beachwood, they dropped their record down to 1-7 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.
