Basketball Recap: North Marion Takes a Loss

North Marion lost against Crook County back in December of 2015 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The match between the North Marion Huskies and the Crook County Cowboys didn't end well, with the North Marion Huskies falling 57-38. The contest marked the Huskies' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

North Marion has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-3 record this season. As for Crook County, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Marion will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against Sisters at 4:00 p.m. on December 28th. Crook County and La Salle will round out the year against one another at at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. La Salle knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Crook County likes a good challenge.
