Basketball Recap: Stanton Comes Up Short

Stanton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They took a blow against the Crane Cranes, falling 65-37. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Buffaloes have suffered against the Cranes since December 14, 2018.

Stanton's defeat dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Crane, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-5.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Brownfield the next time they take the court. Crane will head out to face Brownfield at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while Stanton will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on January 14th.
