Volleyball Recap: Park Tudor Falls Short of Indianapolis Bishop Chatard in the Playoffs

Park Tudor and Indianapolis Bishop Chatard squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Park Tudor had to settle for second. They came up short against the Trojans, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in March.

Brennan Kahre paced Park Tudor's offense, picking up seven kills. Kahre got some help from Gabriel Sanich and his 17 assists.

Indianapolis Bishop Chatard's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Andrew Moriarty, who had four digs and three aces. The dominant performance also gave Moriarty a new career-high in assists (11).

Park Tudor has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last 11 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-13 record this season. As for Indianapolis Bishop Chatard, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 16-10.

Park Tudor does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Indianapolis Bishop Chatard, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-1 win against North Central on the 17th.
