Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Kennedy). Everything went their way against the Mott Haven Mavericks on Wednesday as they made off with a 14-2 victory. The high-scoring effort was just what the Knights needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.

Kennedy's win ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-4. As for Mott Haven, they are on an 18-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Kennedy has already played their next match (against Bronx High School of Science), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Mott Haven, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 4-1 loss against Manhattan Center for Science & Math on the 2nd.
