Volleyball Recap: Mark Keppel Comes Up Short

If Mark Keppel was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Schurr last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Mark Keppel Aztecs fell just short of the Gahr Gladiators by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Aztecs of the 1-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2024.

With the defeat, Mark Keppel broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 15-4. As for Gahr, the victory got them back to even at 6-6.

Coincidentally, Mark Keppel and Gahr will both be playing Villa Park the next time they take the court. Gahr will host Villa Park at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while Mark Keppel will play them later in the day, at 11:00 a.m.
