Basketball Game Preview: Dexter Dreadnaughts vs. Saline Hornets

Dexter took a loss when they played away from home last Sunday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They came out on top against Seaholm by a score of 42-33.

Meanwhile, Saline put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They were the clear victor by a 56-31 margin over Woodhaven. The Hornets have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matches by 23 points or more this season.

Saline pushed their record up to 8-0 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 23 points. As for Dexter, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Things could have been worse for Dexter, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 50-33 loss to Saline in their previous meeting back in February of 2024.
