Basketball Recap: South Hagerstown Takes a Loss

South Hagerstown was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 16th straight defeat. They were dealt a 58-28 loss at the hands of Oakdale. While losing is never fun, the Rebels can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Maryland basketball rankings (they are ranked 219th, while Oakdale are ranked 15th).

South Hagerstown's defeat dropped their record down to 2-21. As for Oakdale, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 20-2.

South Hagerstown does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Oakdale, they will take on Urbana at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
