Soccer Recap: Erie's Undefeated Season over After Eight Games

Erie's game on Tuesday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the Centaurus Warriors by a score of 2-1. The game got a bit rough at times, as the refs handed out a total of four yellow cards before it was all over.

Erie's goal came courtesy of Reece Ficklin, who's now up to two this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Erie fell to 6-1-1. As for Centaurus, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-4.

Looking ahead, Erie is taking a road trip to face off against Mead at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Centaurus, they will be playing at home against Monarch at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
