Soccer Recap: Marion Takes a Loss

Marion was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 7-0 to the Paragould Rams. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Paragould this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-1 back in April.

Marion's loss dropped their record down to 1-15-1. As for Paragould, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-7-3.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Marion will square off against rival West Memphis at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Paragould is set to challenge their familiar foe Batesville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
