Football Recap: Courtland Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After flying high against Massaponax last Friday, Courtland came back down to earth. The Cougars were outmatched by the Louisa County Lions and fell 36-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Cougars have suffered since October 4, 2024.

Courtland's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Louisa County, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Courtland will face off against Orange County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Louisa County, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Matoaca at 7:00 p.m. on the 19th.
