Volleyball Recap: St. Patrick Comes Up Short

St. Patrick saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Hononegah Indians. The Shamrocks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-14.

Among those leading the charge was Owen Rollinson, who had four digs and three aces. He is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as he's now posted 16 or more in each of the last ten games he's played dating back to last season. Another player making a difference was Jack Allen, who had eight kills and five digs.

St. Patrick now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Hononegah, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.

St. Patrick didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Rockford Auburn on the 29th. As for Hononegah, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against Glenbard East on the 29th.
