New Life Christian Academy hasn't had quite the year their fans were hoping for to this point, but back-to-back wins may be a sign of good things to come. They blew past the Bethesda Christian Academy Crusaders, posting a 78-25 victory. With that win, the Monarchs brought their scoring average up to 50.4 points per game.

New Life Christian Academy found their leader in freshman Jeremiah Morrison, who dropped a double-double with 15 points and 20 rebounds. Morrison also grabbed four steals, which is notable because the Monarchs are undefeated when he posts at least three steals, but 1-8 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Jaimehre Meekins, who went 7-for-12 on his way to 17 points.

New Life Christian Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive rebounds. They are 3-1 when they hit their own glass that hard.

New Life Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 4-8. As for Bethesda Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 2-6.
