Baseball Recap: Saratoga Central Catholic Victorious

Saratoga Central Catholic won the last time they faced Chatham and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Saints walked away with a 6-1 win over the Panthers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Saints.

The team relied heavily on Max Britten, who got on base in all three of his plate appearances with three runs. Those three runs gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Hunter Fales, who went 1-for-3 with three RBI and one double.

Saratoga Central Catholic's record is now 18-1. As for Chatham, with the defeat, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 14-5.

Looking ahead, Saratoga Central Catholic will welcome Schalmont at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Chatham does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
