Basketball Recap: St. Ambrose Academy Comes Up Short

St. Ambrose Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 66-46 to the Seneca Indians. While losing is never fun, St. Ambrose Academy can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 467th, while Seneca is ranked 198th).

St. Ambrose Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Seneca, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-2.

St. Ambrose Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 72-44 loss against Iowa-Grant on the 28th. As for Seneca, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 71-40 defeat against River Ridge on the 28th.
