After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Celina, Sanger was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They blew past the Gainesville Leopards 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Sanger took every set by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-14, 25-6.

Molly Schmucker paced Sanger's offense, picking up nine kills. Schmucker got some help from Kyla Sheriff and her 16 assists.

Sanger's victory bumped their record up to 23-17. As for Gainesville, they are on a 51-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-28.

Coming up, Sanger will host Aubrey at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Chaparrals will roll in looking for their 24th straight win, something the Indians surely won't give up without a fight. As for Gainesville, they are taking a road trip to take on Celina at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
