Soccer Recap: Moon Valley Comes Up Short

Moon Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Greenway Demons. The Rockets were not able to make up for their defeat to the Demons from their previous meeting back in January of 2024.

Moon Valley's loss dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Greenway, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 9-3.

Moon Valley didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 1-0 defeat against Goldwater on the 6th. Greenway does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
