Baseball Recap: Lowell Comes Up Short

Lowell lost against Andrean on Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Red Devils took a 7-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Fighting 59ers. The Red Devils' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it four in a row.

Lowell saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Camden Mikulich, who went 1-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Lowell now has a losing record of 8-9. As for Andrean, they pushed their record up to 17-1 with the victory, which was their tenth straight at home.

Coming up, Lowell will venture away from home to square off against Portage at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Andrean, they will face off against De La Salle at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Fighting 59ers are facing the Meteors at the right time seeing as the Meteors are stuck on a 17-game losing streak.
