Volleyball Recap: Wadena-Deer Creek Find Success

With a playoff win on the line, Wadena-Deer Creek rose to the challenge on Friday. They had just enough and edged out the Roseau Rams 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Wolverines have posted since September 19th.

Wadena-Deer Creek wouldn't go down easily and took Roseau into a fifth set where they got it done with a eight-point win. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-21, 21-25, 15-25, 15-7.

Wadena-Deer Creek's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-9. As for Roseau, their loss ended a nine-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 24-7.
