Spain Park has been on a difficult stretch since their win on February 15. They fell just short of the Chelsea Hornets by a score of 3-2 on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Jaguars can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Alabama soccer rankings (they are ranked 44th, while the Hornets are ranked fifth).

Spain Park's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5-2. As for Chelsea, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-1.

Looking ahead, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Spain Park challenge Fultondale at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Chelsea, they will take on Gardendale at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
