Chapman wins going away against Palmetto

Recap: Chapman Panthers vs. Palmetto Mustangs
On Friday, Chapman got the win against Palmetto by a conclusive 52-28.
Leading Chapman to victory were Annastyn Smith and Krislyn Wilder. Smith scored 17 points along with 5 rebounds, while Wilder dropped a double-double on 18 points and 10 steals. That makes it two consecutive games in which Wilder has scored at least 25% of Chapman's points. Another player making a difference was Kara Twitty, who scored 5 points along with 7 rebounds.
Chapman now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Palmetto, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Chapman will take on Chesnee at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Palmetto, they will be playing at home against Seneca at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
