Football Recap: Natalyah Amos and Kennedy Berry Pace Palmer Defense

Palmer scored first but ultimately less than Coronado in their game on Friday. They took a hard 25-6 fall against the Cougars. Despite 54 more yards than the Cougars, the Terrors couldn't convert that extra yardage to scores.

Palmer didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Natalyah Amos and Kennedy Berry.

Palmer now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Coronado, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

Coming up, Palmer will head out on the road to square off against Elizabeth at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Coronado, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Bruce Randolph at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
