Rocky Mountain put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They claimed a resounding 41-6 victory over the Centennial Patriots. Given the Grizzlies' advantage in MaxPreps' Idaho football rankings (they are ranked second, while the Patriots are ranked 52nd) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Parker Kleinkopf was nothing short of spectacular: he rushed for 96 yards and three touchdowns on only six carries. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaelan Custer, who threw for 92 yards and one TD.

Rocky Mountain's run defense was locked in: Centennial could only muster 1.9 yards per carry. While three picked up at least seven total tackles, Kollin Bailey stood above the rest. He made seven total tackles (1.0 for loss). Rocky Mountain didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged 6.7.

Rocky Mountain's win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Centennial, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Rocky Mountain will take on Meridian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Centennial, they will face off against Capital at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Patriots will be up against the Golden Eagles' rather soft defense (which has allowed 33.6 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
