Basketball Recap: Grandview Heights Comes Up Short

Grandview Heights was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 63-26 loss at the hands of the Columbus Academy Vikings. Having soared to a lofty 67 points in the game before, the Bobcats couldn't push the score so high this time.

Grandview Heights' loss dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Columbus Academy, they pushed their record up to 15-0 with the win, which was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Grandview Heights has already played their next matchup (against Whitehall-Yearling), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Columbus Academy will head out to challenge Bexley at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
