Baseball Recap: Kenton Wildcats vs. Defiance Bulldogs
Kenton had lost nine straight on the road dating back to last season, but on Tuesday they dropped their record down to 2-8 to make it ten. They lost 11-3 to the Defiance Bulldogs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Wildcats of the 12-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.
As for Defiance, the win keeps they at an undefeated 9-0. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 8.7 runs this season.
