Recap: Lafayette Rams vs. Tabb Tigers
There's no place like home for the Lafayette Rams, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road on Tuesday. They rang in the new year with a 36-27 victory over Tabb on Thursday. That's another feather in the cap for Lafayette, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Lafayette's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Kenzie Charity, who scored 12 points along with six rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of MaKayla Keys, who scored seven points.
Lafayette's win bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Tabb, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-6.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lafayette will take on Bruton at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Tabb, they will head out on the road to face off against Warhill at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
