Conroe came tearing into Tuesday's match with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.7 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They never let the College Park Cavaliers get on the board and left with a 14-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won 11 games by six runs or more so far this season.

Conroe pushed their record up to 17-5 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.8 runs over those games. As for College Park, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-11.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Conroe is set to take on their familiar foe New Caney at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, College Park will square off against rival Oak Ridge at 6:15 p.m. on Friday.
