Augusta is on a three-game streak of home losses, and Stanley-Boyd a four-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Monday. The Augusta Beavers will be playing at home against the Stanley-Boyd Orioles at 5:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Augusta's last matchup with Eleva-Strum could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's game on Thursday. The Beavers came up short against the Cardinals, falling 15-1. That's two games in a row now that the Beavers have lost by exactly 14 runs.

Augusta saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Noah Schroeder, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one double. That double was Schroeder's first of the season.

Meanwhile, Stanley-Boyd lost 15-3 to Bloomer on Thursday.

Stanley-Boyd's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Augusta, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-4.
