Softball Recap: Rolling Meadows Comes Up Short

Rolling Meadows was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 6-2 to the Elmwood Park Tigers.

Caylee Del Boccio was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 4-for-4.

Rolling Meadows' loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Elmwood Park, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Rolling Meadows will host Conant at 4:45 p.m. on Monday. As for Elmwood Park, they will challenge Leyden at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
