Baseball Recap: Tabor Academy Comes Up Short

After flying high against Governor's Academy last Thursday, Tabor Academy came back down to earth. The Seawolves came up short against the Belmont Hill Sextants on Monday, falling 12-6. The Seawolves have struggled against the Sextants recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.

Tabor Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Belmont Hill, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tabor Academy will host Roxbury Latin at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Foxes will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Seawolves surely won't give up without a fight. As for Belmont Hill, they will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against St. George's at 3:30 p.m. The Sextants are facing the Dragons at the right time seeing as the Dragons are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
