It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Worth County ultimately got the result they hoped for on Thursday. They managed a 67-61 victory over the Thomasville Bulldogs. The win was familiar territory for the Rams, who have now won six matches in a row.

Despite the loss, Thomasville saw an underclassman step up: freshman Harmony Bryant dropped a double-double with 28 points and 25 rebounds. That was a full 45.9% of Thomasville's points, marking the third time in a row Bryant has posted more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Jayla Brooks, who dropped a double-double with 11 points and ten boards.

Worth County's victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-8. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.7 points over those games. As for Thomasville, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-12.
