Basketball Recap: Highland Park Comes Up Short

If Highland Park was feeling good fresh off their 78-27 takedown of Creekview last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Highland Park Scots fell to the Lone Star Rangers 80-74. The Scots were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Rangers earlier this season, when they won 58-54.

Highland Park's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 25-7. As for Lone Star, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a massive bump to their 22-12 record this season.

As of now, neither Highland Park nor Lone Star have any future games scheduled.
