Softball Recap: Royal Palm Beach Takes a Loss

If Royal Palm Beach was feeling good fresh off their 15-5 takedown of Pahokee last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Royal Palm Beach Wildcats came up short against the Glades Day Gators on Thursday, falling 15-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Gators this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-5 back in February.

Royal Palm Beach's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Glades Day, their win was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-1.

Coincidentally, Royal Palm Beach and Glades Day will both be playing Lake Worth the next time they take the field. Glades Day will head out to face Lake Worth at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, while Royal Palm Beach will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
