Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Patrick Henry). They put the hurt on the Henrico Warriors with a sharp 18-3 win on Monday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Patriots considering their two-run performance the game before.

Patrick Henry's victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-10. As for Henrico, they dropped their record down to 1-14 with the defeat, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Patrick Henry will head out to square off against King William at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Henrico, they will venture away from home to take on Hermitage at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Panthers have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 8.12 runs per game on average), something the Warriors will no doubt try to take advantage of.
