Soccer Recap: Bonham Takes a Loss

Bonham was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat. They came up short against the Gainesville Leopards, falling 5-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Leopards this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 9-0 back in February.

Bonham's loss dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Gainesville, they pushed their record up to 12-3 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Bonham does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Gainesville, they will square off against Farmersville at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Farmersville is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.6 goals per game this season.
