Righetti took a six-run loss the last time they faced off against St. Joseph, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Warriors had just enough and edged out the Knights 7-6 on Friday. This was a revenge game for the Warriors: when they faced off against the Knights on Wednesday, they had to take a 7-1 defeat.
Nathan Lancor looked comfortable as he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in six consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, Tim DeVan was a standout: he went 1-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and one stolen base. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in March of 2024.
