Old Town and Hermon are an even 5-5 against one another since May of 2019, but likely not for long. The Coyotes will face off against the Hawks at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.

On Saturday, Old Town didn't have quite enough to beat Mount Desert Island and fell 7-6.

At the plate, Hermon's win was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Katie Fowler, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one RBI. Kenzie Gallant also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen base of the season.

Hermon's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Old Town, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.

Old Town was able to grind out a solid win over Hermon in their previous meeting on Tuesday, winning 8-5. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Coyotes since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
