Basketball Recap: New Life Christian Takes a Loss

New Life Christian lost against Grace Academy last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. New Life Christian were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 58-57 to the Grace Academy Knights.

It was another big night for Carson Feeser, who went 9-for-18 to rack up 24 points in addition to eight assists and six steals for Grace Academy. Feeser's big performance that afternoon made it eight games in a row in which he has scored at least 19 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Hunter Heffner, who shot 55% from beyond the arc en route to 20 points.

New Life Christian's loss dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Grace Academy, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 11-10.

As of now, neither New Life Christian nor Grace Academy have any future games scheduled.
