Pulaski County lost to Casey County on Monday, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Wednesday. The Maroons sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with an 8-7 win over the Rebels.

Pulaski County has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-14-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 4.0 runs on average over those games. As for Casey County, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-12 record this season.

Pulaski County will host Wayne County at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Casey County, they will head out to challenge Rockcastle County at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
