Softball Recap: Five Straight Home Victories for Geraldine

Geraldine won against Collinsville on Thursday with nine runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Friday. The Bulldogs came out on top in a nail-biter against the Sand Rock Wildcats, sneaking past 9-8. The victory was nothing new for the Bulldogs as they're now sitting on three straight.

Geraldine's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-8. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.2 runs over those games.
