Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Eleanor Roosevelt). They breezed by the Roosevelt Roughriders to the tune of 66-30 on Tuesday. The Raiders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matchups by 31 points or more this season.

Leading Eleanor Roosevelt to victory were Sakairah Sterling and Alease Heath. Sterling went 7 for 8 on her way to 17 points and six steals, while Heath dropped a double-double on 16 points and ten rebounds. The dominant performance also gave Heath a new career-high in blocks (five). Samiah Smith was another key player, going 5 of 11 on her way to 10 points along with five rebounds and three steals.

Eleanor Roosevelt's win bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Roosevelt, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Eleanor Roosevelt will welcome Laurel at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
